Suspended ceilings
We recommend creating suspended ceilings from Rigips panels attached to suspended metal substructures to reduce room heights or hide installations in the ceiling cavity. You can of course also further improve sound/heat insulation by adding insulating material to the cavity.
For the substructure of suspended ceilings you should use anchor quick hangers and wires with eyelets. These products are suitable for suspended ceilings below wooden beam or solid ceilings.
Wires with eyelets are available in lengths from 12.5 cm to a maximum of 200 cm (long lengths available on inquiry). Maximum load: 25 kg per hanger.
Rigips tip:
The use of Rigips screw bits or marathon screw bits is recommended to ensure the screws do not penetrate too deeply and damage the board layer.
